THE IMPLEMENTATION OF EFFECTIVE staff DISCIPLINE AND CONTROL TO IMPROVE ORGANIZATIONAL performance
Abeokuta is the focal point of this project, which aims to improve organizational performance by means of increased staff effectiveness in the areas of discipline and control (based on a case study of Ogun transport business OTC). In it, a basic review of the ideas of discipline and control, as well as the various kinds and varieties of disciplinary procedures, was presented. Also discussed were the different kinds and varieties of disciplinary procedures. In addition to this, a variety of other approaches to improving the process of disciplinary and control measures were investigated. In summary, the study came to the conclusion that there should be sufficient staff discipline and control in order to improve the overall performance of the workers in the company. In addition to this, it was stated that there ought to be sufficient provisions made for efficient ways of communication. These recommendations were developed with the goal of enhancing the overall performance of workers inside the business.
