ABSTRACT

This study is about user application software for estate management practise. Chapter one is an introduction to the project that explains what it comprises.

It discusses the shortcomings of the current system. The purpose, aims, significance, and limitations of the study are also discussed in Chapter One.

The second chapter is a study of the project’s literature, which includes various research and scholarly publications written about the project, and the third chapter explains the method of data collecting, system analysis and design, and improvements to the proposed system.

Chapter four details the project’s implementation and outcomes, while Chapter five provides a summary, conclusion, and recommendations.

CHAPITRE ONE

INTRODUCTION

1.1 BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

Agriculture requires land as an input (element of production), and agriculture is by far the most important economic activity in preindustrial society. With the onset of industrialization, significant new uses for land such as factories, warehouses, offices, and urban agglomerations appeared.

Furthermore, the value of real property in the form of constructed structures and machinery rises in comparison to the value of land alone. Real property finally grows to embrace virtually all forms of tangible fixed capital. With the advent of extractive industries, real estate has expanded to include natural capital.

With the increase of tourism and leisure, the value of real estate has expanded to include scenic and other amenity benefits.

Beginning in the 1960s, economists and legal experts began to analyse the property rights held by tenants under the various estates, as well as the economic benefits and costs of the various estates, as part of the burgeoning discipline of law and economics.

Real estate has played an important part in human evolution since the beginning of time (Chika, 2006). Indeed, whether in ancient times or in today’s modern system, land is a vital indicator of man’s wealth, and as economic activities have become more sophisticated throughout time, land has continued to play an important role in their development.

There is almost no business venture that does not require some type of real estate or estate management, from the little firm that requires real estate as offices where its operations can be organised to the large venture that requires it for its factory.

Long have economic and management research proven that production is dependent on four elements, one of which is land, as well as labour, capital, and entrepreneur.

To be loyal to his professional obligation, every commercial/business lawyer should have a thorough understanding of estate management practise or real estate law. For land, the client requires advice in one form or another (Chika, 2006).

1.2 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The manual way of handling activities in the real estate business causes numerous challenges. It is sad that, despite her big service, Nurabam Global Services still keeps her records manually.

Time wasting, improper use of statistical data, and duplication of efforts in record keeping are some of the issues connected with this manual system.

Delay in decision making, which necessitates extensive clerical work, and inability to keep up with daily workload. Slow response to questions or enquires, Rodents records, numerous human errors, lack of file confidentiality, and expensive stationary costs.

1.3 AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

The purpose of this research is to provide a user application for estate management practise.

The study’s aims are as follows:

To bridge the gap and raise awareness and adaptability in the usage and maintenance of real estate computer applications.

To create an application that stores information about the size, location, and owners of properties.

Handle the details of property rentals and sales from clients.

Give the client’s data security.

Handle various client transactions.

1.4 METHODOLOGY

The design models for this system are Microsoft Visual C# and Microsoft Office Access.

1.5 SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The user application system for has always been critical to the stability of a real estate. Manual data entry can impede some programmes, records, and the transmission of information to the proper body.

Manual documenting of information can expose the information, posing a hazard to the organization’s files and records. As a result, a user application system is required to ensure recordings of all of this information.

1.6 SCOPE OF THE STUDY

This research will focus on the use of computers in real estate in the property market. It will address the notion of computer, the usage of computers in real estate, different areas of real estate practise, and the percentage of real estate firms that use computers and how they carry out their functions using computers.

1.7 LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

The research will be restricted to landed property in real estate. In this context, landed property includes real estate, which refers to immovable property such as land and buildings.

1.8 DEFINITIONS OF TERMS

Property includes real estate, such as land, buildings, and estates. It is the collection of rights and benefits received from something possessed at the expense of all other people.

Market: A network of people who buy and sell any factor or product.

A computer is a device or calculating machine that performs a wide range of tasks under the control of a set of instructions (referred to as programmes) stored in its memory.

Estate: A legal entity that denotes the nature and quality of lighting that a landowner possesses.

Management: The science of organisation and operations, or the act of guiding and executing affairs in practise.

Any programme or set of instructions that can be used to manage a computer and its related hardware to carry out tasks is referred to as software.

Land is the Earth’s solid surface that is not permanently covered by water. The great bulk of human activity takes place on land that is used for agriculture, habitat, and other natural resources.

Survey: This is the mapping of the qualities and kinds of soil in a certain area. It may also refer to the positioning of structures in relation to a reference line, which is utilised in the construction of buildings, highways, mines, and tunnels.

A system is a collection of interacting or interdependent components that form an integrated whole. Every system has spatial and temporal bounds, is surrounded and influenced by its environment, is described by its structure and purpose, and expresses itself through its functioning.
