THE RULE OF LAW AND THE NIGERIA POLITICS
1.1 introduction IN CHAPTER ONE
The research topic “the rule of law and Nigerian politics” is an interesting issue to me because it can be regarded from two perspectives; first, it has an aspect related to law, and second, it has an aspect related to the study of political science.
Interestingly, the topic advises combining a component of law with that of political science in order to assist in resolving a social phenomenon in the political or administrative scene of our nation Nigeria, as it is used here.
The researcher, despite having a background in political science, is concerned with the findings of how studies in this inter-married subject, as the theme suggests, would aid in providing the required solution(s) to the numerous competing and contending concerns that have bedevilled the political landscape of the United States.
Nigeria Nation, so contributing to probable political stability and progress.
As previously said, the researcher has a background in political science and public administration, thus his approach to this study will be more focused on the administrative ramifications of the research topic in the Nation's body polities. In light of this, it is necessary to provide context for the research issue at hand, which can be divided into two key sections, namely:
