ABSTRACT

The most valuable assets in any organization are those that pertain to the people working there. Every organization is focused on the people who work within it since this is a component that, without it, the organization would cease to exist. Because “People” in the organization are responsible for the organization’s success, it is possible for the organization to fulfill its purpose for existing thanks to the efforts of its members. In the meantime, the success of the organization is directly proportional to the degree to which its people resources are effectively managed. People have lives and are animated by their emotions. Therefore, management should manage people in a way that encourages employees to be devoted and dedicated to the organization they work for. On the basis of this, research is being conducted with the purpose of determining the connection between the management of an organization’s and the achievement of business goals. The research was carried out in Owerri, and the plants belonging to Nigerian companies served as the case study. The employees of the company were given questionnaires to fill out, which the researchers plan to use in the course of their . Following the application of the data by the researchers, the study came to the conclusion that people are the life wire of the organization, and that the success of the organization is dependent on the quality of the individuals that work there.

It is an undeniable fact that the success of any organization, whether for profit or not, public or private, depends on finding, acquiring, and retaining good people in the appropriate positions at the appropriate times. This is true regardless of whether the organization is focused on education, health, or social issues.

The organizations that are successful in recruiting, training, motivating, and retaining exceptional employees will be those that are most productive and resourceful. Those who are both ineffective and efficient run the risk of remaining in the same position or falling further behind.
