The study will look at the relationship between decision-making engagement and organizational productivity. Employee involvement decision-making (EIDM) refers to how much employees are allowed to participate in organizational decision-making. The study’s goal was to look at Yola’s Deposit Money Bank (Access Bank).

The study’s goal was to discover how organizational engagement in decision-making was managed. Simple and purposive sampling approaches were employed to get a sample of 50 respondents for the study, with the questionnaire consisting of 20 questions about various employee involvements in decision-making in an organization, and the data collected is analyzed using tables and percentages.

According to the study’s findings, employee involvement in decision-making is an excellent method for increasing efficiency. According to the research, allowing all employees to participate in decision-making is the best way to boost worker commitment while also promoting creativity and innovation in the firm.

The paper recommended that employees be involved in organizational decision-making because it makes workers feel like they are part of the organization’s ownership; the relationship between managers and employees should be encouraged to improve consultation and free flow of information in an organization.
