Abstract

The objective of this research was to investigate the influence that employees are subjected to as a result of informal group dynamics, as well as how those dynamics affect the overall performance of an organization.

As its core subjects, it concentrates on the Nigeria Port Authority’s workforce as well as the administration of the organization. It will cover essential aspects of informal groups, such as the impact that informal groups have on the performance of an organization and the managerial strategies that can be utilized to make the most of the power that informal groups provide.

The data will be collected for the purpose of analysis, and the subsequent testing will involve staff members in addition to the head of the department and the head of the unit respectively.
