ABSTR

This study was intended to examine the impact of room practices on students in Oyo state. This study was guided by the following objectives; to examine the extent of the impact of room practices on students in Oyo State, to examine the impact of Teachers’ Classroom ment Practices on students and to examine the impact of teachers’ room assessment practices on students. The study employed the descriptive and explanatory design; questionnaires in addition to library research were applied in order to collect data. Primary and secondary data sources were used and data was analyzed using the chi square statistical tool at 5% level of significance which was presented in frequency tables and percentage. The respondents under the study were 100 teachers of selected in Oyo state, Nigeria. The study findings revealed that teachers’ room assessment practices have impact on students in Oyo State; based on the findings from the study, teachers are required to develop room assessment that aligns with practices recommended by experts of educational assessment.
